Sustaining Membership Campaign

The Sustaining Membership Campaign helps FCAA raise the necessary private dollars needed to help sustain the organization.  The dollars raised during this campaign will also enable FCAA to continue to provide the dynamic programs that have produced positive results for its participants.  A successful campaign will facilitate the development of new programs and services that will forever change lives in this community.

Annual Black Achievers of Excellence Awards Program

FCAA’s Annual Black Achievers of Excellence Program, in conjunction with over 100 public and private companies, have recognized a total of 600 outstanding Black professionals since the program’s inception in 1984.  These honorees serve as excellent role models for our youth.  The program has become one of the most innovative and successful endeavors that inspires and motivates youths to succeed.  Many of these young people return to the community to share their success with the next generation.  The program helps Black youth develop a positive sense of self and sets high education and career goals.
